Constance clothing is made by lorayne.
At constance, we believe in and practise slow fashion.
Every piece is made in either very small runs, or is a one off creation. No mass production here.
Lorayne has over 25 years experience in manufacturing and production, and has designed and made every piece of the constance clothing range, with the kiwi woman in mind. Casual, comfortable, and designed to flatter every body shape.
Based in Otaki, on the Kapiti Coast, but servicing NZ-wide.

about lorayne
Lorayne's love affair with fashion started at a very early age.
Growing up in her mother's clothing factory in Mt Maunganui, inspiration was plenty. Lorayne left school to work in the factory, and through learning the ins and outs of design and manufacturing, fell even more in love with the industry
I loved everything about it, the people, the ladies, the garments we made, and the brands we worked for.
It was addictive at the time – and clearly still is years later. After a few years doing other things, I'm so pleased to be back doing what I love the most.
constance the label - is aptly named after my dear mum, the woman who started it all. constance was her middle name.
